Schools are back Summer is fading time to get your Pilates on
As Summer begins to fade evenings get that little bit darker that little bit earlier, what is there to do?
A great way to make you feel better both physically & mentally is some exercise.
Pilates can be as gentle and careful as needed or full on heart pumping sweat fest tough as you like.
The great thing about Pilates is any one with any level of fitness or ability can take part, age is irrelevant as is gender.
